Delivery Costs
We use standard Royal Mail services within the UK at £5.50 and offer free delivery on all orders over £85. The rest of the world delivery is £11.
All standard deliveries are sent withing 48h via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service. Please note that depending on your location, local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Returns Information
If you would like to return your item for a full refund, items need to be posted back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that the postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Please note that we have a "no returns" policy on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the product. Lost jewellery cannot be replaced.
If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

Product Warranty
We offer a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty doesn't cover standard wear and tear and damage incurred by contact with perfumes, cosmetics, water, heat or alcohol.
